Online Therapy for Teens & Young Adults in Texas
Growing up comes with a lot of pressure to figure out who you are, what comes next, and how to handle everything along the way.
I offer online therapy for teens and young adults across Texas navigating anxiety, academic pressure, perfectionism, self-esteem, relationships, family stress, and major transitions like graduating high school, starting college, or adjusting to adulthood.
Therapy can provide a space to slow down, feel understood, and build the confidence and coping skills needed to navigate change with more clarity and self-trust.
When everyone expects you to know what comes next
You may be doing everything you’re supposed to do—keeping up with school, thinking about the future, maintaining friendships, and trying to meet everyone’s expectations—while privately feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure of yourself.
For teens, pressure can show up as overthinking, perfectionism, academic stress, difficulty with friendships, family conflict, or feeling like no matter how hard you try, you’re still falling behind.
For young adults, the transition into college, work, relationships, and independence can bring a different kind of uncertainty. You may be questioning your decisions, comparing yourself to everyone around you, or wondering why adulthood feels harder than you expected.
Therapy offers a space to slow down, understand what’s underneath the pressure, and build healthier ways of navigating anxiety, relationships, expectations, and change.

What therapy with me looks like
Therapy with me is collaborative, warm, and practical. Before becoming a therapist, I spent seven years working in schools as a teacher and school counselor. That experience shaped the way I understand the pressures teens and young adults face—not only emotionally, but academically, socially, and during major transitions.
We’ll work together to understand what may be underneath the anxiety, pressure, self-doubt, or feeling of being stuck. Depending on what you’re navigating, sessions may include exploring thought patterns, building emotional awareness, strengthening confidence, improving communication, and developing practical ways to manage stress and uncertainty.
I also understand that the transition from high school to college—and from college into adulthood—can bring a unique mix of excitement, pressure, and uncertainty. Therapy can be a place to make sense of those changes, build trust in your own decisions, and figure out who you are outside of everyone else’s expectations.
You won’t be expected to have the “right” thing to say or know exactly what you need. My role is to meet you where you are, help you understand what you’re experiencing, and support you in building skills and confidence that carry into everyday life.
You don’t have to have everything figured out.
Whether you’re navigating school pressure, anxiety, relationships, or a major transition, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. I’d be glad to support you.
