Hi, I’m Kristen, and I’m so glad you’re here.
Reaching out for support takes courage. Whether this is your first time starting therapy or you’re returning after a break, you don’t have to go through this alone. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you navigate life’s challenges.
My Therapeutic Approach
I believe therapy works best when it’s collaborative and tailored to you. My approach blends evidence-based practices with warmth and empathy, helping you build insight and develop tools that truly fit your life.
At the heart of my work is a focus on relationships—how we connect with ourselves and with others. I help clients explore the patterns that shape their lives, so they can create healthier relationships, find balance, and build resilience. Whether you’re working through anxiety, grief, life transitions, or relational struggles, I will walk alongside you at your own pace.
I earned my Master’s degree in School Counseling from Texas A&M International University in 2020, with additional coursework to become a Licensed Professional Counselor. Before becoming a therapist, I spent five years as a teacher and two years as a school counselor—experiences that gave me a deep understanding of how people learn, grow, and adapt through life’s stages.
For the past three years, I’ve been working as a clinical therapist, supporting clients through challenges and celebrating their growth. I consider it a privilege to walk with individuals as they navigate healing, resilience, and hope.
