Hi, I’m Kristen, and I’m so glad you’re here.

Reaching out for support takes courage, and whether this is your first time seeking therapy or you’re returning to it, I want you to know you’re not alone. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as you navigate life’s challenges.

My Therapeutic Approach

I believe that therapy works best when it’s collaborative, practical, and tailored to your unique needs. My approach blends evidence-based practices with warmth and empathy, helping you build insight and develop tools that truly fit your life. Whether you’re working through anxiety, grief, life transitions, or relational struggles, I focus on empowering you to find balance, resilience, and growth at your own pace.

I earned my Master’s degree in School Counseling from Texas A&M International University in 2020, with additional coursework to become a Licensed Professional Counselor. Before becoming a clinical therapist, I worked as a teacher for five years and as a school counselor for two years, experiences that gave me a deep understanding of how people grow, learn, and adapt through different stages of life. For the past three years, I’ve been working as a clinical therapist, walking alongside individuals as they process challenges and move toward healing.

Education and Experience
