Online Therapy for Adults in Texas
You may look capable on the outside while feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted underneath it all.
I offer online individual therapy for adults across Texas who want to understand the patterns keeping them stuck, feel more grounded in themselves, and build a life that feels more sustainable—not just one they’re good at managing.
Therapy for the person who is holding it all together
You may be the person others rely on—the one who keeps going, solves problems, and appears capable even when you’re struggling internally.
Anxiety doesn’t always look like panic. Sometimes it looks like overthinking every decision, constantly preparing for what could go wrong, struggling to rest without guilt, or feeling responsible for everyone around you.
Burnout can be just as difficult to recognize. You may still be functioning, working, showing up, and meeting expectations while privately feeling exhausted, disconnected, irritable, or unsure of what you actually need.
Individual therapy offers a space to slow down, understand the patterns underneath the pressure, and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself, your emotions, and the people in your life.

What therapy with me looks like
Therapy with me is collaborative, warm, and practical. I believe insight matters, but so does having tools you can actually use outside of the therapy room.
We’ll work together to understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, including how past experiences, relationships, and expectations have shaped the way you respond to stress, conflict, and uncertainty today.
Our sessions may include exploring thought patterns, building emotional awareness, strengthening boundaries, developing healthier coping strategies, and learning how to respond to yourself with more flexibility and self-trust.
You won’t be expected to show up with the “right” thing to say or have everything figured out. My role is to meet you where you are, help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, and support you in creating meaningful, sustainable change.
You don’t have to keep carrying everything the same way.
If you’re ready to understand yourself more deeply, feel less overwhelmed, and build patterns that feel more sustainable, I’d be glad to support you.
